Shipping policy

Livnest is operated by LH Products LLC, based in Pittsburg, Kansas. We work with trusted suppliers to fulfill orders so we can offer quality products at great prices.

Free shipping: Every order ships free, with no minimum.

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time: Orders are processed within [1–3] business days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within [7–15] business days after shipping. Holidays, peak seasons, and carrier delays can extend this.

Multiple packages: Items from one order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Lost or delayed orders: If your tracking hasn't updated in [10] business days, or your order hasn't arrived within [30] days, email us at [admin@lhproducts.org] and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
